Similar to a chiffon or gauze fabric, but with a more highly-twisted yarn, the Georgette Crepe is thicker, while still transparent. Natural white in colour, with a matt appearance, it weighs 40 g/m². With regards to painting on silk, this fabric is recommended for larger scarves
