RETURNS 

If your order is not satisfactory you may ask for a refund within 7 days of your order. The transportation costs shall be borne by the customer. Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were sent.

If the package arrives in bad condition it is important to note this on the delivery note in order to claim insurance.
