HOW TO BUY

The prices listed on the website include VAT if the invoice is issued with VAT.

To purchase, simply choose the items you want by clicking on the word buy

Later, in the order confirmation page will determine the total number of units of each reference, select the payment method and confirm your order.

Once confirmed the order will be emailed details of the items and the total of the same for payment.

SHIPPING (England)

For purchases over 440 € free shipping

For purchases of 170 € to 440 € 12 € Transport

For purchases of less than 170 € 17.50 € Transport

DELIVERY

We strive to serve the same day or the day after receipt of order and confirmation of payment, so that shipments are delivered in the next 24/48 hours. In case of color fabrics, deliveries are delayed 10/12 days.

If you do not have any items for which you request we will contact you within 24 business hours via email or telephone.

RETURNS

If when you receive your order is not satisfied you have 7 days from the date of receipt for a refund of the transportation costs being borne by the customer. Returned items must be in the same good condition in which they were sent.

If the package arrives in bad condition it is important to note on the delivery note so that we can claim to our insurance.

If a product arrives defective you have 48 hours to inform us, in that case we will arrange transportation costs.

TAXES

European Union residents.

prices of products that are for sale on e-commerce website include Value Added Tax (VAT).

Purchases made by taxable persons (companies, institutions, organizations ...) residing in the European Union and provided with intra Tax shall be exempt from VAT, being a necessary condition to send the document via Fax +34 93 487 42 86.

Not European Union residents.

Purchases made by individuals or legal entities resident in countries outside the EU are exempt from paying VAT Orders will not be PO Boxes.

For this system of purchase / delivery and because of its tax system, are considered non-geographical areas the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

Please note that the prices quoted for shipping does not include taxes (tariffs) on imports, to be paid in cash on arrival by the receiver of the goods.
